Hi! I’m Michelle
I’m an artist and experience designer who blends storytelling, technology, and service design to create clear, human‑centered digital experiences. With a background in storytelling and a master’s from Georgia Tech, I bring a big‑picture mindset to understanding how experiences fit together and where design can make everyday work feel smoother.
I’m currently a Experience designer at H-E-B where I make sense of the complicated world of supply chain systems and data so that I can align cross-functional stakeholders to develop a strategy to modernize legacy systems. I’m motivated by collaboration, curiosity, and creating products that are thoughtful, clear, and genuinely helpful.
When I’m not working you can find me hiking, reading, or cuddling my cats.

In August 2019, my husband and I biked around the island of Taiwan in 14 days. It was an incredible journey.
